Plein-Air Painting Workshop – Sat 1st March 2025

Out of stock

The term plein-air comes from the French for in the open and describes the concept of taking your paints and easel outside and painting the landscape on location. Join me in my group plein-air painting workshop introducing students to the plein-air painting process, where I will teach you the essential process required to successfully paint the landscape en plein-air.

Over the course of the Plein-Air Painting Workshop, students will watch demonstrations by the tutor, followed by a practical afternoon of painting out on location in Stamford. Before returning to the Stamford Arts Centre for cake and critique.
