RSMA, Royal Society of Marine Artists – 80th Annual Exhibition

Exhibition details:
📍 Mall Galleries, London
📆 17 – 27 September 2025
🕙 10am – 5pm daily

I’m honoured to share that I have five paintings included in the Royal Society of Marine Artists 80th Annual Exhibition, held at the Mall Galleries, London.

This series was inspired by my time in Brighton earlier this year. I visited the city with fresh eyes, struck by its shifting light, bustling seafront, and the vibrant rhythm of daily life. Each painting is a reflection of that experience — an exploration of place, atmosphere, and connection.

For me, Brighton became more than a location. It was a source of inspiration and contemplation, a place where the sea and city meet in constant movement. Through these paintings, I’ve tried to capture both the energy of the coast and the quiet, reflective moments that make Brighton so unique.

Last night was the Private View, where these works were unveiled alongside some of the very best contemporary maritime and seaworthy paintings. The exhibition celebrates Britain’s enduring tradition of marine art—and the timeless power of the sea to inspire artists.

I would be delighted for you to experience the Brighton series in person and to explore the breadth and variety of marine painting on display.

In addition to the five works on display, two further paintings from the same series are available exclusively through my website, allowing collectors to view and acquire pieces directly.

Thank you for your continued support — it means a great deal to me to be part of this milestone exhibition and to share this journey with you.

Warm regards,
Nick Grove
